ingredients :
red chilly powder 1 tsp
chopped red chilies 1
tara garam masala 1 tsp
mustard seeds 1 tsp
nigella seeds 1 /2 tsp
water 1/2 cup
apple 2 finely chopped
chopped onion 1
garlic 2 cloves
salt to taste
sugar 4 tbsp
vinegar 1 cup
method :
- put all the ingredients in a pan add all the above written things and cook on slow heat for 4 to 5 minutes .
- allow it to get cool down then put it into mixture jar and make fine paste .
- remove in a serving bowl and serve with any starter specially spring r☺ll .
