apple chutney



cooking time : 10-15 minutes 

preparation time : 10 minutes 





ingredients :


red chilly powder   1 tsp
chopped red chilies        1 
tara garam masala         1 tsp
mustard seeds                1 tsp
nigella seeds                 1 /2 tsp
water                             1/2 cup
apple                                 2 finely chopped 
chopped onion                1 
garlic                            2 cloves 
salt to taste 
sugar                              4 tbsp
vinegar                               1 cup 

method :

  • put all the ingredients in a pan add all the above written things and cook on slow heat for 4 to 5 minutes . 
  • allow it to get cool down then put it into mixture jar and make fine paste . 
  • remove in a serving bowl and serve with any starter specially spring r☺ll .
