seekh boti (spicy mutton/ beef kebabs )


cooking time : 10 minutes
BBQ time : 10-15 minutes preparation time : 10 minutes 











ingredients :

beef pieces              1/2 kg 
papaya paste             2 tbsp
chat masala              2 tbsp tsp
whole cumin                     1 tsp
ginger garlic paste          2 tbsp
salt to taste 
red chilly powder              1 tsp
green chilly paste            2 tsp
hung curd                       2 tbsp

wooden screwer            7 to 8 ( soaked in chilled water for  30 minutes )
oil                                        2 tbsp ( optional )



method :
  • take all the ingredients in a bowl except oil and stick . and mix well . and allow it to marinate for 30 minutes . or 3 to 4 hours .
  • place them on wooden screwer and shallow fry in 2 tbsp oil on pan .flip occasionally while coking 
  • remove in serving platter . and serve with lemon juice and mint leave .

people who want to BBQ it they can place directly on BBQ .
