mutton ishtu(gosht ka ishtoo )


cooking time : 20 minutes
preparation time : 5 minutes 








ingredients :


mutton               1/2 kg with bone 
onion                      2 finely chopped 
whole red chillies              4 to 7 
ginger garlic paste                2 tbsp
tomato                                   4 to 5 chopped 
cloves                                        5 
whole black pepper                7-10
cinnamon stick                         2 (1 inches each )
green cardamom                       2
black cardamom                          1
fresh coriander leaf               1 cup
pepper powder                      1 tsp
curd                                       1 cup
green chillies                      3 to 6 
oil                                          1/2 cup

method :
  • in a pressure cooker take mutton pieces ,onion , whole black pepper , whole red chillies , ginger garlic paste , cloves , pepper powder , black cardamom , green cardamom , salt , Cinnamon stick , chopped tomato , and 1 cup of water and cook to 2 t 3 whistle or till mutton get cooked.
  • now open the lid and add 1/2 cup oil , chopped green chillies ,curd and stir on high flame till  oil comes up . u can cover for 2 to 3 times for 2 minutes . 
  • in the end add fresh coriander and remove in a serving platter . 
  • serve with naan . or with steam rice .
