cooking time : 15 - 20 minutes preparation time : 10 minutes
ingredients :
bean sprout 1 cup boiled
green capsicum 1 chopped
chilly garlic sauce 2 tbsp
fish sauce 1 tsp
tortilla 3 to 7
salt to taste
black pepper 1 tsp
chopped cabbage 1 cup
grated carrot 1
green onion 2 chopped
green coriander 2 tbsp
garlic 4 to 5 clove
ginger 1 inches
egg white to stick (1 )
method :
- heat up 2 tbsp oil in a pan add grated garlic grated ginger allow it to get little cooked add chopped cabbage , chopped capsicum , grated carrot and sauté on high flame for 3 to 4 minutes .
- add fish sauce , black pepper , chopped green onion . salt , and again toss it well .
- remove in a bowl and set aside .
- now take tortilla and place prepared vegetable mixture over it and fold it .
- now bind it with the help of egg white .
- heat up enough oil to fry these roll .
- fry it and serve it with apple chutney . or with any sauce .
