ingredients :
chicken legs skin removed 4
vinegar 2 tbsp
grated garlic 2 tsp
grated ginger 1 tsp
peri peri sauce 3 tbsp
salt to taste
red chilly flakes 2 tsp
oregano 1 tsp
oil 2 tbsp
method :
- make deep cuts over chicken pieces.
- take chicken legs , oregano , garlic grated , ginger , red chilly flakes , salt , vinegar , and peri peri sauce in a large mixing bowl . mix all together .
- in a pan heat up 1 tbsp oil add chicken pieces and add few drops of water cover cook .
- flip it occasionally , grill it till chicken get nice golden color .
- remove in a platter and garnish it with peri peri sauce . and potato wedges .
