ingredients :
whole chicken skin removed 1
ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
salt 1 tsp
black pepper powder 1 tsp
green chilly paste 1 tbsp
green coriander chopped 1 cup
lemon juice 2 to 3 tbsp
crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
spinach 1 cup chopped
milk 1 liter
oil 2 tbsp
onion 1 chopped
method :
- make cuts on chicken and take it into a large mixing bowl . now rub lemon juice , ginger garlic paste , salt , black pepper powder , green chilly paste and . rub very well in each parts of the chicken and cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it into freezer to marinate .
- now heat oil in a pan add chopped onion and stir till onion get nice golden color .
- now add chicken and cook chicken on high flame till chicken get color .this gonna take about 10 minutes .
- now at this stage add milk , and cumin seeds and cook . and cover and cook it . add spinach and cook . till milk get evaporate and chicken get fully cooked .
- in the end add fresh coriander leaf and stir and remove in a serving platter and serve with rice , roti , naan .
