ingredients :
chicken mince 500 gram
mashed boiled potato 2
salt to taste
egg 2
refined flour 1 cup
bread crumb 1 cup
baking powder 1 tsp
crushed cumin 2 tsp
roasted gram flour 1 tbsp
red chilly flaked 2 tsp
ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
lemon juice 1 tbsp
green chilly paste 1 tbsp
mint leaf 1 cup
oil 3 cup to fry
method :
- take all the ingredients(except oil ) in large mixing bowl and mix well and cover and allow it to get marinate for 1 hour .
- now place the dough on kitchen and flatten it by using palm .
- cut it with donuts cutter or make donut shape by using your palm .
- deep fry it in oil .till it get golden color .
