Chinese fried mutton ribs

ingredients :



cooking time : 15 minutes preparation time : 10 minutes 









for mutton robs :
mutton ribs                      6 to 8 
ginger garlic paste             1 tbsp
grated garlic                      8 cloves 
soya sauce                           1/2 cup 
vinegar                                   1/2 cup 
salt to taste 
BBQ sauce                                 1 tsp
baking soda                                1 tsp
corn flour                                     1 tbsp
egg                                                1 
Chinese salt                                   1/4 tsp
oil                                                5 cup to deep fry . 

sauce :
garlic paste                     1 tbsp
oyster sauce                      1 tbsp
tomato paste                          1/2 cup
Worcester sauce                       1 tbsp
oil                                        2 tbsp
salt to taste 

method :
  • take all the ingredients except oil given for mutton ribs in a  large mixing bowl . and allow it to marinate for 2 hours . 
  • heat up oil in a pan and deep fry it on medium slow flame until ribs get nice golden color . remove in a platter and set aside . 
sauce :
  • heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan add garlic paste and stir fry . add oyster
    sauce , tomato puree , Worcester sauce , and pinch of salt . cook it for 3 minutes . and pour this mixture over fried ribs and gently mix and serve .
