cooking time : 2 minutes preparation time : 10 minutes
ingredients :
black pepper 2 tbsp
nutmeg 1/2 tsp
mace 1/2 tsp
cinnamon 3 sticks ( one inches each )
green cardamom 10-12
fennel seeds 2 tbsp
caraway seeds 1 tbsp
method :
- take all the ingredients in a pan and dry roast on very slow flame for 2 to 3 minute .
- grind it in mixture jar read to use in any pulao .specially in nali pulao
