how to make chicken burger

cooking time : 20 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve:4  














ingredients :

chicken mince                 200 grams
chopped onion in slices    1
finely chopped onion              2
crushed pepper                 1/2 tsp
chopped green chillies          3
garam masala powder         1/2 tsp
red chilly powder               1/2 tsp
finely chopped  ginger               1 tsp
egg                                     1
coriander leave                   2 tbsp
oil                                       3 tbsp
salt to taste
soya sauce                            1 tbsp
burger buns                       4
red chilly sauce               2 tbsp
mayonnaise                    2 tbsp
butter                            2 tbsp
iceberg lettuce               few
cheese slices                  4



method :

  • in a large mixing bowl take chicken mince, chopped onion , crushed pepper , finely chopped ginger , salt , soya sauce , red chilly sauce , garam masala powder , coriander leaf , egg ,chopped green chillies and mix well . cover the bowl with plastic wrap and set in fridge for 30 minutes . 
  • make round kebab shape out of the mixture and shallow fry in oil . 
  • in a different sauce pan heat 1 tbsp oil add onion slices and sauté add 1 tsp soya sauce and 1 tsp red chilly sauce and sauté for 30 more seconds . 

assembling :
  • Cut the burger buns and butter it . toast it over the pan and place lettuce leave s chopped onion slices along with prepare chicken kebabs , cheese slices , mayonnaise, and cover it with another slice . 
  • a KFC chicken burger is ready to serve .

how to make pizza (vegetarian)

cooking time : nil
baking time : 10-14 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve: 2


ingredients :

green capsicum                       1 
yellow and red bell peppers      1 cups Juliann chopped seeds removed 
boiled potato                       1 peeled sliced 
onion sliced                           few
mushrooms                          a cup boiled
black /green olives chopped 1/2 cup
baby corns sliced                  1/2 cups
chopped tomato                     1 
chilly flakes                1/2 tsp
oregano                       1/2 tsp 
mozzarella cheese            2 cups
pizza sauce                          1 cup
pizza dough                          as required 

method :  
  • spread 1 tsp flour over a baking tray and place pizza dough over it then flatten . 
  • put pizza sauce over it and flatten nicely 
  • now put mushrooms , potato , tomato ,capsicum , carrot , baby corns , olives over it . 
  • then sprinkle oregano and chilly flakes over it . 
  • then put a layer of mozzarella cheese over it and bake it in oven at 200 degree for 10-14 minutes . serve . 

you can use corns , chopped carrot , all kinds of bell peppers , cabbage grated for topping . if you don't have some of written above vegetables simply skip it and make it with your own types of vegetables . that will be delicious too am sure . have a try . for eggetarian you can place a layer of hard  boiled egg slices too 

how to make pizza (chicken)

ingredients :

pizza base (pizza dough )              1 
pizza sauce                          1 cup
skinless chicken breast            300 grams
crushed chilly flakes      1 tsp
salt to taste 
oil                                 1 tbsp
grated garlic                 1/2 tsp
pepper powder       1/2 tsp
turmeric powder           1/2 tsp
green onion paste           1/2 tsp 
green capsicum          1  Julian chopped seed removed 
black olives                  1 cup chopped 
oregano                          1/2 tsp
grated mozzarella  cheese           1 cup or 2 cup 
onion slices                            1 tbsp


method :

for chicken topping :
  • heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan add garlic paste and stir for a while then add chicken breast 1 salt , pepper chilly powder , and turmeric powder , stir for a while then  1/2 cup of water and cover and cook for 8 minutes . 
  • after that shred it with hands , and set aside  in a bowl . 
direction :


  • place pizza base(unbaked  )  on a baking tray flatten it with palm then put a 1 cup of pizza sauce . and flatten it . 
  • then spread chopped capsicum followed by onion slices , olives , shredded chicken pieces . .
  • then sprinkle some chilly flakes and oregano over it . 
  • in the end put a layer of grated mozzarella cheese over it . bake it in oven at 200 degree for 10-12 minutes or until it get golden patches .

grilled steak chicken sandwich

cooking time : 10 minutes
preparation time : 20 minutes









ingredients :

to grill chicken :

chicken breast                    2 chopped 
salt to taste
crushed red chilly flakes                  1 tbsp
crushed black pepper                       1 tsp
Dijon mustard paste                    1 tbsp
soya sauce                                  1 tbsp
crushed garlic                              1 tsp
oil                                       2 tbsp

for sandwich 

salad leaf                       1 
tomato slice                       3 
cucumber slice                     4
Dijon mustard paste              2 tbsp
loaf   / French bread                    1 
ketchup                               1/2 cup
cheese slices                           4 


method :  

  • take chicken bread in a bowl add salt , crushed chilies flakes , crushed black pepper , Dijon mustard paste , soya sauce , crushed garlic and mix well . 


  • brush some oil over griller and place the breast piece on griller and brush oil on chicken too and cook on both the side . 

  • after that chop it with knife . and set aside . 











assembling :

  • cut the loaf length wise and spread 1 tbsp Dijon mustard paste over it then place salad leaf followed by cucumber tomato slice then add shredded cheese slice and add cooked chicken and press it with palm .

pizza sauce



cooking time :  10 minutes preparation time : 10 minutes 









ingredients :



tomato puree                1 cup 
onion                                1 small size finely chopped 
tomato ketchup               3 tbsp
red chilly flaked                     1 tsp
dried red chillies                        20 ( soaked in hot water for 10 minutes seed remove)
salt                                       1/2 tsp
grated garlic                      1 tsp ( approx  4 to 5 cloves )
oil                                        3 tbsp
sugar                                    1/2 tsp
soya sauce                               1 tsp
white vinegar                                1 tbsp
oregano                                     1 tsp

method :

  1. in mixture jar take soaked  red chillies seeds removed . grind well and make fine paste .
  2. now in a sauce pan heat oil add grated garlic, and chopped onion  and sauté for 30 seconds after that add tomato puree / paste and cook it .
  3. add white vinegar , soya sauce , salt , oregano and ketchup and cook .add prepared chilly paste and cook . till the sauce get thicken . add sugar oregano . 
  4. remove in a bowl and use when ever required to make pizza or any thing else  .

crispy chicken burger

ingredients :

chicken breast                       3 to 4 
bread crumbs                             1 cup
salt                                           1/2 tsp
red chilly powder 

tara garam masla                         1 tsp
corn flour                                  1 tbsp
refined flour                                 1 tbsp
vinegar                                               1 tbsp
lettuce leave                                  1 bunch 
ketchup                                              4 to 6 tbsp
burger buns                                          4
onion slices                                         1 cup
tomato slices                                          1 cup
cucumber slices                                     1 cup
mayonnaise                                               3 tbsp 
cheese slice                                             4   
cheese mayo                                     1 cup

method :
  • chicken breast 100 grams , season with salt , red chilly powder , 1 tsp tara garam masala, corn starch , refined flour , vinegar mix well .
  • now coat it with bread crumbs , set aside . 
  • heat up oil and deep fry the chicken breast for 3 to 5 minutes . 
assembling :
  • take burger buns cut it horizontally , spread mayonnaise, place lettuce leafs over it .  then put 1 tbsp cheese mayo over it . 

  • after that put fried chicken followed by cucumber slices , tomato slices onion slices , and ketchups, and cheese slices . then cover it with

peri peri chicken



cooking time : 15 minutes
preparation time : 10 minutes 












ingredients :

chicken legs skin removed                       4
vinegar                                                    2 tbsp
grated garlic                                         2 tsp
grated ginger                                           1 tsp
peri peri sauce                                        3 tbsp
salt                       to taste
red chilly flakes                                  2 tsp
oregano                                              1 tsp
oil                                                        2 tbsp


method :

  • make deep cuts over chicken pieces. 
  • take chicken legs , oregano , garlic grated , ginger , red chilly flakes , salt , vinegar , and peri peri sauce in a large mixing bowl . mix all together .
  • in a pan heat up 1 tbsp oil add chicken pieces and add few drops of water cover cook . 
  • flip it occasionally , grill it till chicken get nice golden color . 
  • remove in a platter and garnish it with peri peri sauce . and potato wedges .

spring r☺ll with apple chutney


cooking time : 15 - 20 minutes preparation time : 10 minutes 









ingredients :


bean sprout         1 cup boiled 
green capsicum                1 chopped 
chilly garlic sauce          2 tbsp
fish sauce                       1 tsp
tortilla                                 3 to 7 
salt to taste 
black pepper                  1 tsp
chopped cabbage           1 cup 
grated carrot                1 
green onion                       2 chopped 

green coriander                  2 tbsp
garlic                             4 to 5 clove 
ginger                                1 inches 
egg white                        to stick   (1 )



method :
  • heat up 2 tbsp oil in a pan add grated garlic grated ginger allow it to get little cooked  add chopped cabbage , chopped capsicum , grated carrot and sauté on high flame for 3 to 4 minutes . 

  • add fish sauce , black pepper , chopped green onion . salt , and again toss it well . 
  • remove in a bowl and set aside . 
  • now take tortilla and place prepared vegetable mixture over it and fold it . 

  • now bind it with the help of egg white . 
  • heat up enough oil to fry these roll . 
  • fry it and serve it with apple chutney . or with any sauce .

ingredients :


refined flour       1 cup
salt                           1 tsp
oil                         1 tbsp
chicken mince            400 grams 
chopped green chilly         3
onion                           1 finely chopped 
garlic grated                2 tsp
soya sauce                        2 tsp
coriander leaf                     2 tbsp
black pepper powder             1/2 tsp
water                                      4 cup 





method :


  • in a bowl take refined flour , salt , water and oil and make fine dough and set aside . 


  • take chicken mince , salt , soya sauce , chopped green chilly , chopped onion , black pepper powder , fresh green coriander , grated garlic and mix well . 
  • now take the dough and make 6 to 8 small bowl of and flatten it with the help of kitchen roller . 

  • now in each flatten dough put the prepared chicken filling into it and fold it by using your fingers . 

  • get steamer ready . and place each prepared mom☺s on top and cover and steam them about 10 to 15 minutes . 
  • serve with chilly garlic sauce .

crispy cheese burger

ingredients :


burger buns                2 
mayonnaise                  2 tbsp
chicken breast             2 
corn starch                  2 tbsp
refined flour                 3 tbsp
salt                            1 tsp
red chilly powder        1 tsp
vinegar                          1 tbsp
bread crumbs               1 cup 
tomato                            2 chopped in slices 
onion                              1 sliced 
cucumber                        1 sliced 
ketchup                            1 tbsp
crushed pepper                 1 tsp
cheese  slices              2 to 4
lettuce leave                             3 to 4
mustard paste                         1 tbsp 
oil to fry 

dip :

cheese mayo            1 cup




method :


  • in a bowl take refined flour , corn flour , salt , red chilly powder and vinegar mix well . add little water and make tick batter .  
  • take chicken breast and flatten it by using hammer / or kitchen roller . and put some salt and pepper on it and set aside . 
  • now dip each chicken breast in batter and deep fry it on medium flame until chicken get nice crispy golden color . remove in a platter and set aside . 


assembling :
  • cut burger bun length wise . and roast it for 1 minute . 
  • now spread mayonnaise on 1 side  and place lettuce leaf over it . followed by chicken pieces , cheese slice ,cucumber slice , onion slice , tomato slice and mustard paste &ketchup . 
  • cover it with other bun slice and serve with mayo sauce . 



chicken cheese rolls


cooking time : 15 minutes 
preparation time : 20 minutes 









ingredients :


chicken breast                3
grated mozzarella cheese         1 cup 
chopped green chillies          2 
salt                                     1/2 tsp
black pepper powder          1/2 tsp
bread crumbs                        1 cup
refined flour                           1 cup 
egg                                         1 
tooth pick                                   3 


preparation :







  • cut the chicken breast length wise and place it in a plastic bag . flatten it with the help of hemmer.  
  • now sprinkle some crushed black black pepper and salt on it and set a side . 
  • in a medium mixing bowl take grated mozzarella cheese add green chopped chillies . and mix well . 

  • now on each flatten chicken breast place chicken mixture and gently fold it . then seal it by using tooth pick . 
  • now dust each roll on flour mixture then dip  in egg mixture followed by bread crumbs . 

  • repeat the process with each chicken breast . 
  • heat up oil and deep fry it in oil on medium flame . 
  • remove in a serving platter and serve hot with honey mustard sauce . or with any dip

spicy crispy chicken broast


cooking time : 20 minutes 

preparation time : 15 minutes 








ingredients :


skin less chicken pieces               1 kg chopped in large pieces 
white vinegar                                   2 tbsp
white pepper powder                        1 tsp
red chilly flakes                              1 tsp
mustard powder                             1 tsp
baking powder                              1/2 tsp
sugar                                                1 tsp
refined flour                                 1/2 cup 
rice flour                                        1/2 cup
garlic powder                                   1 tsp
onion powder                                     1 tsp
corn flour                                      1/2 cup
corn flakes  crushed                         1 cup
salt to taste                      
egg white                                           2 
oil to deep fry 


preparation:


  • in a pan take chicken pieces add white vinegar , and salt and  cover and cook it on very slow flame avoid burning . cook it till chicken get 80 % cooked .

  • in a platter take crushed corn flakes and set aside . 

  • in a platter take refined flour , corn flour , rice flour , salt to taste , mustard powder , chilly flakes , white pepper powder , garlic powder , salt to taste , sugar ,baking powder , onion powder and mix well .
  • in other bowl whisk egg white and set aside . 



method :
  • take chicken piece first coat it with flour mixture very well then dip it into egg mixture . the coat it with corn flacks crush .

  • heat up oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken on medium flame till it get nice golden color remove in a serving platter and serve immediately with  ketchup or with any sauce .

samose

cooking time : 15 minutes 

preparation time : 15 minutes 











ingredients :


for dough :

refined flour                1 cup
salt                              1/2 tsp 
carom seeds               1/4 tsp
ghee                            1 tbsp
water                           1/4 cup

for filling :
ginger garlic paste             1 tsp
cumin seeds                   1/4 tsp
coriander seeds              1/4 tsp
cashew and raisins             1 tbsp
coriander powder             1/4 tsp
red chilly powder              1/4 tsp
cumin powder                      1/4 tsp
potato boil                             2 
green chilly chopped            2 
coriander leaf chopped           1 tbsp

to serve with :


tamarinds sauce / green chutney        1 cup 




method :



to make dough :
  • take refined flour in a bowl add carom seeds , pinch of salt , ghee ,add water and kneed and make dough . set aside .

to prepare filling :
  • to prepare filling for samosa  heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste coriander seeds , cumin seeds , cashew , red chilly powder , coriander powder , cumin powder salt , boiled potato , green chilly, raisins , cashew and mix well .remove in a bowl . 
  •  take small round shape ball out of prepared dough and flatten it with the help of rolling pin . 
  • cut this rolled dough and make conical shape . as shown in pic . 
  • put the prepared filling into cone and seal it properly by pressing it . 
  • heat oil in a pan and deep fry it till it get nice golden color . 
  • remove in a serving platter and serve immediately with any sauce .
