ingredients :
skin less chicken pieces 1 kg chopped in large pieces
white vinegar 2 tbsp
white pepper powder 1 tsp
red chilly flakes 1 tsp
mustard powder 1 tsp
baking powder 1/2 tsp
sugar 1 tsp
refined flour 1/2 cup
rice flour 1/2 cup
garlic powder 1 tsp
onion powder 1 tsp
corn flour 1/2 cup
corn flakes crushed 1 cup
salt to taste
egg white 2
oil to deep fry
preparation:
- in a pan take chicken pieces add white vinegar , and salt and cover and cook it on very slow flame avoid burning . cook it till chicken get 80 % cooked .
- in a platter take crushed corn flakes and set aside .
- in a platter take refined flour , corn flour , rice flour , salt to taste , mustard powder , chilly flakes , white pepper powder , garlic powder , salt to taste , sugar ,baking powder , onion powder and mix well .
- in other bowl whisk egg white and set aside .
