ingredients :
tea bag 1
sugar 2 tbsp
water 1 cup
lemon juice 5 tbsp
mint leaf 10-15
ice cubes 10 - 16
to garnish :
lemon slice 1
mint leaf 2
method :
- in a tea pan take 1 cup of water and place tea bag in it and cook on slow flame for 5 minutes or till water get colored .
- strain the water with the help of tea strainer and place this prepared tea water in a freezer for 20 minutes . allow it to get chilled .
- place this chilled tea water in mixture jar add , lemon juice ,ice cubes , mint leaf ,sugar and grind it .
- remove in a serving glass garnish with mint leaf and lemon slice and serve immediately .
