cabbage salad /patta gobhi salad



cooking time : nil
preparation time : 10 minutes 








ingredients :


cabbage               1 small size grated ed 
onion                          1 finely chopped 
salt                            pinch 
lemon juice                  1 tbsp
chilly                           2 finely chopped 
cucumber                    1 finely chopped 
tomato                        1 finely chopped 
green fresh coriander           1 tbsp finely chopped 


method :
  • in a large mixing bowl take chopped tomato , chopped onion .chopped parley, chopped chilly , chopped cucumber , grated cabbage and mix well 
  • pour 1 fresh lemon juice and mix well .
  • cover the bowl with plastic wrap and set it in fridge for 20 minutes .
  • after that at the time of serving add salt . and mix well .
  • serve with any meal , a healthy salad is ready .
