ingredients :
potato boiled &peeled 3-4
bread slices 4 to 5
green coriander chopped 1/2 cup
green chilly finely chopped 2 -3
black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
bread crumbs 1 cup
red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
rice flour 2 tbsp
soya sauce 2 tbsp
egg whites 2
oil to deep fry
salt to taste
preparation :
- cut the bread corners and remove . dip the bread slices in little water then gently remove the water from it and put this into a large mixing bowl .
- ad boiled peeled , and roughly mashed potato in in .. add green chopped chillies , fresh chopped coriander , black pepper powder , soya sauce , salt , rice flour , red chilly powder , and mix well .
- make small roll shape out of this potato mixture and set aside .
- now dip the each potato rolls into beaten egg then coat it with bread crumbs . make each rolls like that .
- heat up enough oil in a pan and fry it till it get nice golden color .
- remove in a serving platter and serve with simply ketchup or any dip you like .
- a delicious snack is ready to serve with tea or coffee .
