ingredients :
cream 3 cup
icing sugar / powdered sugar 3 tbsp
strawberry chopped 1/2 cup
graped chopped 1/4 cup
pineapple tinned 1/4 cup
kiwi chopped 1/4 cup
vanilla sponge cake 1
orange juice 1 cup
strawberry puree/ strawberry crushed 5 tbsp
to garnish :
kiwi sliced 5
strawberry sliced 5
grapes 10-15
silver balls 1 tbsp
method :
- to prepare fruit gateau beat cream in a large mixing ball along with icing sugar . and make it so puffy (i.e convert it into whipped cream ) .and set aside .
- in medium size bowl take chopped kiwi , chopped strawberry chopped , tinned pineapple , and chopped grapes . mix well , add 3 to 4 tbsp whipped cream into it and mix well set aside .
- cut sponge cake into 3 slices diagonally.
- take a platter or any board and place cream on it the place a layer of sponge cake on it then soak orange juice , and strawberry crush on it .
- after that put half of the prepared fruit cream mixture on it and flatten it with the help of knife . repeat this cycle until last layer (do not apply juice on top of last layer )
- place the sponge cake on turner table and spread remaining cream on it . flatten it with the help of butter knife .
- take some whipped cream in a cone and garnish cake with it by making design .
- garnish cake with slices of kiwi , strawberry, and grapes . spread some silver balls on top of cake .
- serve
