orange &pineapple pudding

ingredients :


pineapple jelly                     200 grams
water                                         1 cup
sugar                                          2 tbsp
orange juice                              1 cup
corn flour                                  1.5 tbsp
orange food color                     pinch 



cream                                         1 cup

to garnish :

pineapple piece                    3 to 4
strawberry slices                      4  to 5 


method :

• to prepare orange and pineapple pudding heat pineapple jelly powder along with water and sugar .turn off heat and let it be cool down . 

• to prepare orange sauce , heat orange juice in a pan add corn flour , sugar and mix well take it off from gas and add orange food color , and mix well , pour this mixture into mini bowl and set aside . 

• there after take prepared pineapple jelly into grinder jar add orange juice , and cream and run it . make fine paste .
• pour this into a serving bowl and set it into refrigerator for 3 to 4 hour to get chill .

• garnish it with prepared orange juice , sliced strawberry and and chopped pineapple .
