yogurt dip with vegetables


cooking time :  nil 
preparation time : 15 minutes 














ingredients :

hung yogurt                       1 cup
cream                             3 tbsp
mayonnaise                        2 tbsp
salt                                        1/2 tsp
black pepper powder             1/4 tsp
basil leafs                                 1 tbsp
coriander leaf                              1 tbsp
green chilly                                   1 finely chopped 
spring onion                                   1 tbsp


to garnish :

chopped vegetables                   1 platter 
(carrot , cucumber etc )
onion seeds                            1 tsp




method :

  • in medium mixing bowl take yogurt , cream and mayonnaise and mix well .add salt and black pepper powder and again mix . 

  • crush basil leafs , coriander leaves , and chopped chillies all together in a pestle .add this into whipped curd . and mix well.

  • transfer  this into mini fancy serving bowl and place it in serving platter along with chopped vegetables . 

  • on vegetables sprinkle onion seeds , black pepper powder .
