hung curd 1 cup

gram flour 3 tbsp

bread crumbs 1 cup

cashew chopped 1 tbsp roasted
almonds chopped 1 tbsp roasted
pistachio chopped 1 tbsp roasted
hung curd 1 tbsp
method:

method:
- in a mixing bowl take hung curd add chopped parsley , chopped chillies , grated garlic and 3 tbsp gram flour and mix well and make fine dough . make fine balls out of the dough . and set aside .
- now in a small bowl take roasted chopped cashews almonds , and pistachio and mix . add 1 tbsp of hung curd and mix with them .
- now take each ball and make fine place by using your finger then place nuts filling and again make smooth round shape and slightly press with palm . then roll it in bread crumbs .
- serve with any sauce , preferably with ketchup .
