method :
for kebabs :
- take prawns , chicken mince , mutton mince ,1 tsp salt ,10 green chillies , ginger garlic pate and chopped onion in a blender jar and run it . remove in a bowl .
- break 1 egg , add oregano, black pepper powder , paprika , ketchup , fresh green coriander leaf and mix well. set this mixture in fridge for 30 minutes .
- after that rub 1 tsp oil in your palm and make kebabs shape . shallow fry it in oil on both the side .
- remove in a platter and set aside .
