cooking time : 20 minutes preparation time : 15 minutes
ingredients :
chicken mince 1 cup
chicken breast 3
green chilly paste 1 tsp
salt to taste
pepper powder 1 tsp
lemon juice 1 tbsp
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
onion 1 finely chopped
oil to deep fry
refined flour 1/2 cup
corn flour 1/2 cup
egg 1
preparation :
- in one cup chicken mince add , green chilly paste , grated pepper powder , salt , 1 tbsp lemon juice and mix well set aside for 15 minutes to marinate .
- take 2 breast pieces and with the help of sharp knife make pocket .then with the help of kitchen rolling pin or with hammer flatten it.
- spread 1/2 tsp pepper powder and pinch of salt over it set aside .
- in a mixing bowl take corn flour and refined flour mix well and set aside .
- beat a egg in different bowl . set aside
filling :
- heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan add 1 finely chopped onion and sauté till onion get golden color . add marinated chicken mince and stir for a while and cover and cook for 3 to 5 minutes .
- after that close the flame add 1/2 cup of cream cheese mix well set aside .
- now in pocket of chicken breast place these cheese and chicken filling and cover it .
- dip it in egg and coat it with flour and corn flour mixture .
- deep fry it on medium slow flame for 4 to 5 minutes till it get nice golden color .
- serve with any dip .
