milk 1/2 cup
butter 1 tbsp
cream 1 tbsp
green coriander 1 tbsp
oil 4 tbsp

method :
- in a pan add oil add chopped onion and sauté till onion get golden color add ginger garlic paste sauté for 2 minutes .
- add black whole lentil , red chilly powder cumin powder , turmeric powder , tara garam masala lobia(kidney bean)green chilly , and milk and cook and a cup of water cover and cook it dal (lentil get cooked )
- remove in a platter and garnish it with fresh creams , fresh coriander , fresh chilly and butter .
- serve .
