ingredients :
for fillings :
black pepper 1 tsp
Chinese salt 1/3 tsp
dark soya sauce 1 tbsp
boneless chicken 1 cup
grated garlic 1 tsp
green onion chopped 1/2 cup
for strips :
refined flour 1 cup
egg 2
salt to taste
oil to fry
method :
- to prepare dough take refined flour and salt in a large mixing bowl break egg and make dough by kneading with hands . dough must be little hard .
filling :
- take chicken breast in a chopper / mixture jar add black pepper soya sauce , salt , green onion , garlic , Chinese salt and run it . make fine paste .
- now place the filing on center of the prepared strips and grease left part with egg white and fold it .( you can make any shape you like )
- deep fry it in oil and serve with any sauce .
