ingredients :
red curry paste 3 tbsp
grated garlic 2 tsp
salt to taste
tomato ketchup 4 tbsp
fish sauce 1 tsp
basil to garish
water 1 cup
oil 3 tbsp
method :
- add basil leaf and red curry paste and sauté , add water , salt ketchup , fish sauce and cook it for 4 to 5 minutes .
- remove in a bowl and serve as a dip or pour it over Thai chicken wings
