butter chicken



cooking time : 20 minutes preparation time : 15 minutes 














ingredients :


chicken breast                   300 grams  chopped in cubes 
tomato boiled                     2
tomato puree                          2 tbsp
onion                                          1
ginger garlic paste                       2.5 tbsp
oil                                               3 tbsp
turmeric powder                          1 tsp
salt to taste 
butter                                          4 tbsp
red chilly powder                                 1 tbsp
garam masala powder                           1/2 tsp
cumin powder                                           1/2 tsp
fresh cream                                          1/2 cup
lemon juice                                 1 tbsp
cashew nut powder                                4 tbsp

method :
  • in a large mixing bowl take chicken cube add  1 tbsp ginger garlic paste , red chilly powder , lemon juice , cumin powder , salt to taste ,lemon juice , turmeric powder , 1 tbsp butter and mix well marinate it for at-least 1 hour . set aside . 
  • now place this chicken on oven prove dish and place it in preheated oven at 200 degree . for 15 minutes ./ or you can grill it on griller . flip when one side get cooked . 
for makhni (buttery )gravy :
  • in a blender jar take two boiled tomatoes and tomato puree and run it . make fine paste . 
  • in a pan heat 2 tbsp oil add 1 tbsp butter add 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste . add cashew powder and sauté for 1 minute on very slow flame . add prepared tomato paste . add ketchup and 1 cup of water cover and cook on slow flame . 
  • when oil comes out add fresh cream , cooked chicken , and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes . 
  • remove in a platter and garnish it with butter . serve .
