ingredients :
boiled and peeled potato 6
sugar 4 tbsp
green cardamom 3
kewra water 1 tsp
chandi ka warak 1 (optional)
clarified butter 4 tbsp
mixed nuts 1 cup
method :
- heat 5 tbsp clarified butter ( ghee ) in a pan add green cardamom seeds stir for a while . add boiled and mashed potato .
- sauté for 5 to 6 minutes .
- add sugar kewra water and sauté till all the ingredients get mixed well . stir till potato mixture leave the pan .
- remove in a platter and garnish it with silver cover , add nuts .
