method :
- boil milk for 10 -15 minutes .
- in a separate bowl take water add corn flour and mix well pour this in milk being boiling . and stir till milk get thickness .
- add sugar , green cardamom powder , almonds , khoya and stir .
- fill this in kulfi (ice cream)molds and place them in refrigerator for over night or for 10 hours .
- remove in a platter and garnish it with chopped almonds
