method :
step by step :
- cut the chicken into two equal size and make fine cuts over thigh and leg and breast with the help of sharp knife
- sprinkle and lemon juice salt over it .
- sprinkle white pepper
- sprinkle black pepper .
- place it in steamer .and steam it for 12-14 minutes .
- cut the spring onion , green capsicum , onion ,potato in bite size pieces .and place it in a bowl .
- add 1 tbsp olive oil , 1 tbsp honey , 1/2 white pepper powder ,1/2 tsp crush pepper ,salt ,1/4 tsp cinnamon powder . and toss them together .
- place the vegetables over baking tray .and place steamed chicken over it shown in picture .
- sprinkle 1 tsp oregano , 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 1/2 tsp white pepper powder , 4 tbsp honey , 3 tbsp olive oil over the chicken .
- place it in over at 200 degree for 10-14 minutes .
- serve a royal dish with any naan , tortilla ,bread
