method :
- take flour , salt , soda i carb and clarified butter in a large mixing bowl . mix well .
- add warm water and make fine dough . knead it .
- make small balls out of the dough .
- flatten it with kitchen roller .
- deep fry it in oil unless it get golden color . flip it .
- it will come out in like a puff .
- enjoy with chole , with kheer , with aalo ki sabzi, or with shrikhand , or with any chicken gravy .
