method :
to marinate fish :
- gently wash fish then rub pepper powder and salt all over the fish .and set aside for 30 minutes .
- after that add corn flour , lemon juice , carom seeds , and garlic powder .and rub well all over fish .
- grease a baking tray with oil and place the fish on it pour 1 tbsp oil on the top of the fish and bake it in oven at 200 degree for 15-20 minutes . (or you can fry it in pan too).
