moghlai kabab/ chicken kebabs

 cooking time : 15 minutes
preparation time : 10 minutes 


ingredients :


chicken mince             1/2 kg 
coriander leaf              1 cup
mint                             2 tbsp
garlic                          8 cloves 
green chillies                 7
grated coconut               1 tbsp
grated almonds              1 tbsp
pepper powder               2 tsp
onion                                  4 
butter              50 grams 
egg                        1 
oil                     t fry 
tooth picks                10-15 

method :

  • take chicken mince , coriander leaf , garlic , mint , grated coconut , grated almonds , pepper powder , onion ,green chillies in a mixture jar blend . 
  • remove the mixture in a bowl break 1 egg and add salt and butter . mix well . 
  • make ball shapes out of the mixture place them in toothpick and deep fry it in oil until golden brown 
  • serve with lemon juice , and mint leaf .
