ingredients :
arbi / arvi/colacasia 1/2 kg boiled
salt to taste
red chilly powder 1 ts p
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
cumin powder 1/2 tsp
curd 2 cup
whole red chillies ( dried ) 4
oil 1/2 cup
turmeric powder 1 tsp
green chilly paste 1 tsp
ajwain (carom seeds ) 1 tsp
cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
onion 1 finely chopped
curry leaf 4
preparation :
- boil arbi with pinch of salt . peel and set aside .
- now heat up oil and fry it .
- heat oil in a pan add carom seeds , cumin seeds , and onion and curry leaf and sauté till onion get nice golden color .
- add ginger garlic paste ,salt ,arbi (colacasia) cumin powder , red chilly powder , and sauté for 30 seconds .
- whisk curd in a bowl and pour it into spices being cooked . add salt cover and cook for 10 minutes .
- remove in a serving bowl serve .
