fish fillets 300 gram
marinade ingredients :
lemon juice 2 tsp
garlic paste 1 tsp
oregano 1 tsp
salt & pepper 2 tsp
red chilly paste 2 tsp
green chilies chopped 2
tandoori color pinch
olive oil for greasing for grease
for tomato salsa
onion (finely chopped) 1 big size
tomato big finely chopped 3
green chilies finely chopped 1
method :
for making salsa

method :
- cut the fish into pieces .
- for marination mix lemon juice , salt paper .red chilly paste , garlic paste ,green chilly , oregano ,and tandoori color with fish , and keep aside for 20 minutes
- take a grill pan and brush olive oil on it and heat it .
- put the marinated fish on grill-er and grill it , after grilling remove it in serving platter .
for making salsa
- mix tomato and chopped onion , olive oil salt , lemon juice , green chilies , coriander leafs , oregano , mix well .
- after preparing salsa , put this into grilled chicken , and top it with grated cheese , coriander leafs and oregano
