ramjam chicken


preparation time : 15 minutes 
cooking time : 15 to 20 minutes 






ingredients :



chicken breast                   1/2 kg          
grated ginger                      1 inch
grated garlic                       about 1 tbsp
soya sauce                          1/4 cup (approx 4 to 5 tbsp)
onion powder                      1 tsp
lemon juice                          2 tbsp
ketchup                               1 tbsp
pepper powder                    1 tbsp
white wine                            1 tsp (optional)
Italian seasoning powder        1/2  tsp
salt just pinch
oil to grease                           about 1 tbsp
wooden screwer                     15 to 20





method  :



marination :

  • crush 1 tbsp ginger and 1 tsp garlic
  • cut the chicken into length wise .

  • place a large plastic bag into a bowl and add 4 tbsp soya sauce ,2 tbsp lemon juice , 1 tbsp white wine( optional) , 1 tsp onion powder , grated ginger , grated garlic , pepper powder , Italian seasoning powder ,and 1 tbsp ketchup , cover the plastic bag mix well and set into refrigerator for 4 hours or over night .

 

 assembling: 





  • put the wooden screwer into chilled water any kind of burning .
  • now remove the chicken from refrigerator  and again mix well . place each pieces  on wooden screwer .
  • put the left marinade into pan and cook for 5 minutes , remove in bowl .
  • heat up griller and brush some oil on it , cook the chicken pieces on griller each side for 5 to 6 minutes on each side at the same time brush the cooked marinade on chicken pieces at least 3 to 4 times on each pieces .
  • remove in serving plate and serve with any sauce .
