preparation time :13 minutes
cooking time : 10 minutes
ingredients :
green chillywhole coriander seeds 2 tbsp
cumin seed 1 tbsp
mustard seed 1 tsp
fennel seed 1 tsp
mango powder 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder a pinch
salt 1 tsp ( to taste )
oil 2 tbsp
method :
- make slit on green chilly length wise and set aside remove stake .
- now heat up pan and dry roast mustard seeds , coriander seeds, cumin seeds and fennel seed , remove in mixture jar .
- add mango powder , salt , and grind and make fine powder .
- now put this mixture into chilly (as shown in pic )
- heat up 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry this chilly .cover the pan and let it be cooked on very slow flame for 5 minutes .
- remove in bowl . and use it when u have our Indian Daal chawal .
