Stuffed cheese Big Shell Pasta


preparation time :15 minutes

cooking time   :30 minutes 







ingredients:



big shell pasta               20 boiled 
bread slices                     cut into round shape and toast 


for sauce:

tomato                                4 roughly chopped
garlic                                   1 tsp
basil leaves                        8 to 10 leaves 
tomato puree                   1/2 cup
sugar                                    1/2 tsp

for filling :

cottage cheese                                 1 cup     crumbled 
spinach                                               1/2 cup boiled 
salt to taste 
nutmeg powder                                1 /2 tsp
cream                                                      2 tbsp
grated mozzarella cheese             1/2 cup
pepper powder                                  1/4 tsp
oil                                                              1 tbsp


method :

for sauce :
  • take basil leaves , tomatoes ,and garlic into mixture jar and grind it .
  • remove it into a pan and add tomato puree ,1/2 tsp sugar and salt,cook on slow flame for 10 minutes .
for filling:
  • heat up oil in a pan add garlic and saute for 1 minute add spinach , crumbled cheese , salt and saute .
  • add pepper powder , cream , nutmeg powder .and mix well and close flame .let it be cool down .
  • add mozzarella  cheese and saute .




assembling :


  • take toasted bread and spread prepared tomato sauce on it
  • take pasta shell and fill it with mixture of spinach and cheese .
  • put this filled shells on bread pieces carefully .
  • grated mozzarella cheese on top .put it into baking tray and bake it for 5 minutes untill cheese melt.
  • garnish it with small tomato slice .
  • a healthy snack is ready to serve .
