baigan ki kachri



preparation time :nil
cooking time   :15-20 minutes 








ingredients :


brinjal                             1 large size
salt to taste
red chilly powder              1 tsp
chaat masala                      1/2 tsp
water                                  3 tsp
flour                                     1 tbsp
fresh coriander leaves              2 tbsp
oil for  fry            






method :



  • cut brinjal into slices and make slits / or cuts on it with the help of sharp knife .
  • rub some salt on it and set a side for some minute 
  • take a plate and put red chilly powder , chaat masala , and flour and mix well .so that all get mix together .

  • now put the brinjal pieces on  mixture and rub both the side so that mixture get quote with brinjal .
  • now heat up some oil in a pan and deep fry both the sides on brinjal slices  on medium heat .

  • remove in a serving plate and garnish it with chaat masala and coriander leafs
