ingredients :
brinjal 1 large size
salt to taste
red chilly powder 1 tsp
chaat masala 1/2 tsp
water 3 tsp
flour 1 tbsp
fresh coriander leaves 2 tbsp
oil for fry
method :
- cut brinjal into slices and make slits / or cuts on it with the help of sharp knife .
- rub some salt on it and set a side for some minute
- take a plate and put red chilly powder , chaat masala , and flour and mix well .so that all get mix together .
- now put the brinjal pieces on mixture and rub both the side so that mixture get quote with brinjal .
