ingredients :
meat (keema) 1 kg grind-ed
ginger paste 1 tsp
garlic paste 1 tbsp
finely chopped onion 2 medium size
all spice powder (garam masala ) 1/2 tsp
gram flour 1 tbsp
green chilly 4 finely chopped
cumin powder 1 tsp
green fresh coriander 1 cup finely chopped
pepper powder 1/2 tsp
row papaya paste 1 tbsp
egg 1
salt to taste
oil for fry
method :
- in a bowl take keema ( meat ). add ginger paste , garlic paste row papaya paste , cumin powder , salt , all spice powder ,pepper powder , red chilly powder mix well and set in fridge for 1/2 hour.
- now in marinated meat add chopped coriander , green chilly , and egg and mix well .and gram flour mix well
- make small balls of the meat.
- heat up oil in a pan and deep fry the meat ball ... on medium heat till meat get cooked fully .
- remove in plate and serve with green sauce(hari chatni ) and naan ( bread ).
