ingredients :
2 big piece of roughly chopped chicken breast
1 tsp green chilly paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 slice bread
1/2 cup green onions
oil for fry or grilled
salt as per taste
butter just for sprinkle
1/4 green spinach (its optional )
1 tsp cumin powder
preparation :

preparation :
- in a mixer jar grind chicken , green onion ginger garlic paste chilly paste , cumin powder , bread , salt .
- . make a smooth paste , it has to be thick . font add water ( precaution).
- now make small bowl of the mixture .flatten it with your palm and deep fry it in oil on medium heat
- sprinkle with butter green coriander ,and rounded chopped onion .
- its ready to serve . with sauce or green chutney ..
