preparation time : 5 minutes
cooking time :35 minutes
ingredients :
ghee /butter 500 gm
salt as per taste
onion 4 to 5 medium size
garlic 20 flicks
coriander powder 2 big tsp
red chilly powder 3 tbsp ( according to taste )
garam masala powder 2 tsp
ginger 3 inches size
curd 500 gram
method :
marination :
now in a grinder jar take onion, salt, garlic, coriander powder, ginger red chilly and grind it and make a fine paste ...now add this paste in the meat bowl and mix well .... set a side for at least 1 hour
- now take a pan and ass some ghee . as soon as ghee melt down add that marinated meet in that .
- add 2 cup of water in that and let it cook ... cook it till meet get cooked properly add garam masala mix well . and when all the water evaporate and ghee comes out now add curd and mix it till ghee come out .
- now korma is ready . garnish it with fresh green coriander leafs .. and serve it hot
