ingredients :
500 gram boneless chicken ( cut ed in square shape )
1 cup yogurt( water removed by using muslin cloth )
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp tandoori masala
1/2 gram masala
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 egg
1/2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp red chilly paste
1 tsp mustered oil
1 tsp tomato catchup
1 green capsicum
1 onion
red food color
salt to taste
oil to fry or grilled
sate stick
preparation :
- in a bowl take tomato catchup , mustered oil , red chilly paste, coriander powder , cumin powder, gram masala , tandoori masala, red chilly powder ,red food color , yogurt ,egg., boneless chicken ,lemon juice mix well . and set in the refrigerator to marinate for 2 hours .
- and now chopped the capsicum and onion in triangle shape. put this in to chicken mixture ... and let it too marinate for more 1/2 hour .
- now put the chicken , capsicum and onion into sate stick .
- in a fry pan , heat up oil .and fry this on medium flam foe ten minutes . keep moving the stick so that avoid burning the chicken ...
- remove in a serving plate , and ready to serve .
