preparation time :15 minutes
cooking time :30 minutes
ingredients :
cottage cheese 1 cup chopped in 1 inches cubes .
hung curd 1 tbsp
lime juice 1 tbsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
chilly powder 1 tsp
coriander powder 1/2 tsp
tandoori masala 1 tsp
chaat masala 1 tsp
oil to brush 2 tbsp
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
salt to taste
oil to fry
sate stick 10 to 12 soaked in chilled water for half hour before use
green bell pepper 1 chopped in one inches cubes
onion 1 chopped in one inches cubes
method :
- take a bowl and mix all the above written ingredients (except oil &sate stick ) mix well gently not to break cheese cubes and set aside for 1 hour to marinade .
- arrange all the ingredients , bell pepper , onion and cheese cubes alternate on sate stick .
- heat up a pan and cook the stick of bell pepper and cheese on all the side till it get nice golden color .
- healthy starter is ready to serve .
