make curd at home


preparation time:3 to 4 hours  

cooking time   :nil 



ingredients :                                                  


full cream milk             2 cup 
left curd                         1 tsp





method :



  • take the left over curd in a bowl  no matter if it is 1 teaspoon only .

  • add warm milk into it and set it into room temperature or temperature between 28 +

  • cover the bowl and set it into room temperature for 3 to 4 hours .

  • it will milk will turn into curd . its ready to use .


note :
its totally depend upon room temperature . if room temperature is more milk will fast convert into curd if its less temperature then it will take some time to convert.
