method :
- in a pan heat 1/2 cup of oil add onion and saute till it get nice golden color . remove onion in mixture jar and set aside .
- take 6 green chilly with fried onion and 1/2 cup of water in mixture jar and run it make fine paste .
- in the same pan with left over oil add chopped liver and saute for 5 to 7 minutes . add ginger garlic paste, and chilly and onion paste and saute for 2 minutes .
- add cumin powder , red chilly powder , coriander powder , salt and saute .for 3 to 4 minutes .
- add 1/2 cup of water , and 1 tsp garam masala powder and cover and cook for 10 more minutes .
- in the end add fresh chopped coriander leaf and serve with roti .
