method :
- in a large mixing bowl take chicken breast pieces salt ginger paste , garlic paste , tikka boti masala , raw papaya paste , and mix well . cover with plastic wrap and set it in fridge for 2 hour to marinate
- after that place them on sate stick and shallow fry it oil . rotate stick evenly so that chicken get cooked from all the sides evenly .
- serve immediately .
