corn flour 4 tbsp

oregano 1/2 tsp

method :
- take boneless fish in large mixing bowl add corn flour , pepper powder , 1/2 tsp salt mix well set aside for 15 minutes .
- shallow fry it in 4 tbsp oil . both the side . and remove in a platter .
- in the same pan with same oil add ginger garlic paste and cook it till nice aroma comes out from ginger garlic paste . add tomato puree , chilly powder , 1/2 tsp salt , and oregano mix well and cover and cook for 3 to 5 minutes or till oil comes out from tomato puree .
- add 1/2 cup tomato sauce , and 1 cup chicken stock . and cook it for 6 more minute .
- add fried fish , boiled mushrooms , and fresh chopped parsley . and close the flame .
- remove in a platter and garnish with parsley leaf . serve with rice .
