method :
- heat 1/2 cup oil in a pan add chopped onion cumin seeds , and sauté till it get nice golden color .
- add mutton mince and sauté for 2 to 5 minutes or till the water evaporates .
- add salt , lemon juice , turmeric powder , sour powder ,chopped tomato , garam masala powder , red chilly powder , chopped green chilly , cover and cook for 20 minutes .
- in the end add 1 cup crumble cottage cheese and cover and cook for 5 minutes , mix well .
- remove in a platter and serve with rice , naan , roti , garnish with green fresh coriander .
