how to make green tea for weight loss

water                            6 cups
ginger                           1 inch piece
fennel seeds               1 tsp
cinnamons stick               1 inch 
green tea                       1 tsp
carom seeds              1 tsp


method :  

  • in a sauce pan heat water . when it starts boiling add ginger , cinnamon stick , carom seeds.green tea , and fennel seeds .cover and close the flame .
  • let it be as it is for 10 minutes . 
  • after that drain tea in a cup and use it 3 to 4 times in a day . 
  • too easy method to weight loss . 

how to make cheesy chicken chilly


cooking time : 20 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve: 5




ingredients :



chicken                 500 grams ( boneless skin less )
tomato                  2 
ginger garlic paste        1 tbsp
cream cheese              1 cup
green chillies                7
salt                            1/2 tsp
black pepper             1 tsp
paprika                      1 tsp
grated onion          1 cup
roasted cumin seeds    1 tsp
lemon juice                       4 tbsp
oil                             1/2 cup
fresh coriander leaf             1/2 cup 



method :  



  • heat 1/2 cup oil in a pan add grated onion and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes then ad ginger garlic paste , salt , paprika , cumin , and pepper powder add chopped tomato and cook for 2 to 4 minutes . 


  • then add chicken pieces and cover and cook for 10 minutes .

  • cut the green chillies length wise ( shown in picture ) and remove seeds , and fill cream cheese in it . and set aside .

  • when chicken get cooked add stuffed chillies and  4 tbsp lemon juice and cover and cook 4 more minutes .

  • remove in a platter and garnish with cream and chopped parsley( o coriander leaf ) . enjoy with garlic naan .


creamy palak daal ( creamy spinach with yellow lentil)

cooking time : 15 minutes  
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve: 6  




ingredients :

yellow lentil           1 cup 
red lentil              1 cup 
salt to taste 
ginger garlic paste    1 tsp
tomato chopped         3-4 chopped 
turmeric powder   1 tsp
red chilly powder    1 tsp
spinach                       1  cup ( chopped )
green chillies          7 


for tempering :

onion                1 finely chopped 
garlic cloves        10-14
oil                             1/2 cup
cumin seeds                    1 tbsp
curry leaf                      10-15

others:

cream                  1 cup 
chilly green             4




method :




  • wash yellow lentil ,and red lentil nicely . then add chopped spinach i it and 2 cups of water . 

  • add salt to taste , turmeric powder , ginger garlic paste ,chopped green chillies , chopped tomato ,red chilly powder an cover and cook till lentil get cooked . ( better to pressure cook it )

  • mash the cooked lentil gently then add cream  and again cover and cook till it get a boil . remove in a platter .






for tempering :



  • heat 1/2 cup of oil in a  tempering pan add chopped garlic , onion , and sauté till onion get nice golden color , then add cumin seeds , and curry leaf when it starts cracking pour this over the prepared daal . add 2 tbsp cream on the top .

  • serve with rice , or with naan .

how to make khatti daal

khatti daal is specialty of Hyderabad ( a state in India ), people prefer it to serve with rice and papad . how ever basically its made of tamarind pulp but if yo don't have tamarind pulp you can squeeze 1/2 lemon juice instead of adding tamarind pulp .






cooking time : 15 minutes  
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve: 4  



ingredients :

red lentil(masoor daal )           1 cup
salt to taste 
curry leafs                     2 stem 
turmeric  powder           1 tsp
ginger garlic paste         1 tbsp
red chilly powder             1 tsp
tamarind pulp             3 tbsp
green chillies        2 chopped 

for tempering/tarka 

oil                    4 tbsp
button red chillies    6
mustard seeds          1 tsp
cumin seeds             1 tsp
curry leaf              4 -7

method :  
  • wash red lentil (masoor daal ) gently then boil it with 2 cup water ,salt to taste , and curry leaf with stem , and green chillies . 
  • when it get cooked set aside . 
  • to prepare tarka heat 4 tbsp oil in a tempering pan add  cumin seeds , mustard seeds , curry leaf , button red chillies and ginger garlic paste  stir for a while then add 1 tbsp of water and red chillies powder and again stir for 1 minute . 
  • pour this over the daal . add tamarind pulp and allow it to get a boil . 
  • serve with steam rice .

schezwan fish

cooking time : 20 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve: 4  


ingredients :


fish                       1
refined flour               1/2 cup
grated garlic             2 tbsp
schezwan sauce             4 tbsp
oil to deep fry
salt to taste
green onion to garnish


method :

  • take whole fish in a platter and rub 2 tbsp grated garlic over it , and salt , and marinate it for 2 hours in fridge .
  • in a platter take refined flour and season t with pinch of pepper and salt .
  • after that coat it with refined flour and and deep fry it in oil .
  • remove in a platter and cut into pieces . 
  • spread schezwan sauce over the fried


    fish , and garnish it with green onion . 

how to make roasted garlic chicken / 5 spices roasted chicken

cooking time : 20 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve:  4  


ingredients :


chicken skin less            1 
chaat masala                   1 tbsp
garlic paste                        1 tbsp
roasted cumin powder              1 tbsp
lemon juice                             4 tbsp 
crushed pepper                       1 tsp
salt to taste 
crusged red chilly                    1 tbsp
oil                                  5 tbsp 
garam masala                    1 tsp
lemon slices                      to garnish (optional)
tomato slices                  to garnish (optional)

method :  


  • cut the chicken into 4 pieces . set aside . 

  • in a pan take 1 cup of water and put the chicken pieces in it and cook on slow flame for 5 to 7 minutes . or till chicken get half done. or steam . 

  • after that remove chicken and set aside to cool down . 

  • in a large mixing bowl take chaat masala , garlic paste , lemon juice , crushed red chilly , crushed pepper , and roasted cumin powder , garam masal and mix well . 

  • now add chicken pieces in the bowl and rub all the spices over the chicken pieces nicely . ( make sure spices get well coated with chicken ) set aside to marinate for 1 hour in fridge .

  • after that heat 5 tbsp oil in a pan and put the marinated chicken pieces in it and  cover and cook on very slow flame for 10 minutes . flip after each 5 minutes . so that chicken get nice golden patches over it . 


  • remove in a platter spread pinch of chaat masala over it and serve as a starter . 
how ever you can bake it in oven as well as you can grill it . choice is yours . i am sure you will love it too. its one of the favorite recipe of my best friend , you too make it for your love ones .

how to make schezwan chicken fried rice

Chinese foods are hot favorite among the youngster and children, we pay many dollars in restaurants for this . with the help of little efforts you can save many dollars . so here is the recipe of schezwan fried rice . 



cooking time : 10 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve: 5  




ingredients :


chopped onion               1
boiled rice                    2 -1.5 cup
schezwan sauce             4 tbsp
chicken boneless         300 grams 
ginger garlic paste             2 tbsp
crushed pepper               1/2 tsp
oil                                   4 tbsp
chines salt                         pinch of 
vinegar                             2 tbsp
salt to taste 
soya sauce                        3 tbsp
chopped vegetables        1 cup ( grated cabbages , carrot and capsicum )
green onion chopped         1/8 cup
egg                                   1 

     

method :  

  • beat egg in a bowl and season it with pinch of salt and heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and stir fried it . set aside .
  • heat oil in a pan add chopped onion and sauté for 1 minutes , then add ginger garlic paste and sauté, add chicken boneless ( chopped in strips), sauce to 2 to 4 minutes . add schezwann sauce , chines salt, white vinegar  , soya sauce , and sauté for 2 to 4 minutes .

  • add chopped vegetables ( capsicum , carrot , grated cabbage ) and cover and cook for 2 minutes . 

  • in the end add rice , fried egg, and give it a nice toss . add green onion and mix remove in a platter and serve . 

how to make schezwann sauce at home

cooking time : 10 minutes  
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve: a required   














ingredients :


dried kashmiri red chilly             20-25
tomato paste                           1/2 cup
soya sauce                            1/2 cup
chopped garlic cloves             10-12
white vinegar                           4 tbsp
oyester sauce                            4 tbsp
chicken stock                         1 cup

Chinese salt                           1 tsp
vegetable oil/cooking oil          4 tbsp
sesame oil                                 1 tbsp



method :  



  • heat 1 cup of water close the flame  and put dried kashmiri red chilly in it let it be as it is for 20 minutes . 
  • after that remove seeds and make fine paste of it . set aside . 
  • now in a sauce pan heat 4 tbsp oil add chopped garlic and cook for a while then add tomato paste cook for 1 minute and add oyster sauce , red chilly paste (prepared ), soya sauce , chines salt and cook for 2 to 3 minutes . 
  • add vinegar , chicken stock , sesame oil an allow it to get a boil . close the flame . put it in blender jar and again run it . 
  • again cook for 2 minutes in sauce pan , schezwann sauce it ready to use in schezwann chicken , schezwann fried rice  . 

how to make garlic sauce at home

cooking time : 2 minutes  
preparation time : 10 minutes
serve: as required   












ingredients :


garlic boiled          7
white pepper powder       1 tsp
sesame seeds                  2 tbsp
yogurt                                200 grams
salt to taste 



method :  


  • put the unpeeled  whole garlic cloves in microwave oven  and bake it for 2 minutes  at 180 degree . 
  • squeeze it in blender jar . add sesame seeds , salt , yogurt and blend it well. so that all the mixture get blend well . 

spicy chicken wings




cooking time : 15 minutes  
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve: 5  


ingredients :


chicken wings            10
salt to taste 
lemon juice           2 tbsp
garlic paste         1 tbsp
BBQ sauce         1 tbsp
brown sugar       1 tsp
ketchup             1 tbsp
chilly sauce         2 tbsp
red chilly flakes     1 tbsp
butter                     3 tbsp
garam masala           1/2 tsp
oil to deep fry 
parsley to garnish ( optional)



method :  

  • in a large mixing bowl take chicken wings add garlic paste , lemon juice , salt , and mix well over the chicken . marinate it for 1 hours in fridge . 

  • deep fry it in oil on slow flame . and set aside . 

  • now in a sauce pan put chilly paste , BBQ sauce , butter , garam masala , ketchup and allow it to get a boil . 

  • put fried chicken in sauce being cook and mix well . so take sauce get well coated with chicken . 

  • serve .

crispy mince swirls at home

cooking time : 20 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve: 10










ingredients :



samosa patti                 6 full size 

for filling :

mutton/beef mince       400 grams 
vinegar                       2 tbsp
ginger garlic paste        1 tbsp
onion                            1 large finely chopped
oil                             4 tbsp
cumin powder              1/2 tsp
salt to taste 
chilly paste             1 tsp

   

others :

fresh cream          1/2 cup 
egg                      2 
foil paper              1 large 
oil                      to deep fry 


preparation :

for stuffing :

  • heat oil in a sauce pan add chopped onion and sauté till it get re lucent in color . add ginger garlic paste and stir for a while . then add mutton/ beef mince and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes . 
  • add vinegar , cumin powder , chilly paste , salt , and 1/4 cup of water and cover and cook till it get fully done . 
  • after that sauté till water get dried away .set aside .


for egg paste . 

  • in a bowl break 2 egg and whisk little bit . then add cream and whisk again for a while set aside .  


method

  • place samosa patti over kitchen table and brush it with egg mixture then again put 1 layer of samosa patti over it , and brush egg mixture , then spread  prepared mutton/ beef mixture . over it . again put layer of samosa patti over it . brush egg mixture along with mutton/ beef mixture . repeat the processes till stuffing get over . 

  • after that cover the last layer of samosa wrap and fold it like role. 

  • now gently put this role over the foil paper and cover it . place it in freezer for 3 to 4 hours . 

  • after that unfold the foil paper and cut the chilled roll with sharp kitchen knife . 
  • now heat oil in a pan to deep fry . 
  • take each pieces of roll and first dip it in egg mixture then put it in hot oil . deep fry till it get nice light yellow color . 
  • remove in a platter and serve with any sauce

hare lassan ki chutney / green garlic sauce





cooking time : nil
preparation time : 10 minutes  
serve: as required 







ingredients :


green garlic with its leaf         1/2 bunch 
salt to taste 
green chillies                  5-7
lemon juice                  2 tbsp
green coriander               1/2 cup 


method :  
  • put all the ingredients in mixture jar and run it till it get fine paste . you can add 1/8 glass of water for making paste . 
  • remove in a sauce cup and serve with pakode / snacks 

how to make mayonnaise at home

cooking time : nil 
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve: as required 









ingredients :


egg                         2 
vinegar               2 tbsp
salt                       1/2 tsp
sugar                 1 tsp
oil                          1/2 liter 



method :  

  • in a blender jar break 1 egg , add pinch of salt , sugar and 2 tbsp vinegar run it .  till egg get foam shape . this will take about 2 to 4 minutes . 
  • after that open above cap of jar and start adding oil on top and keep blender running continuously . (add oil slowly shown in picture)
  • after that open the lid and stir it gently . again close lid and run .(repeat this 4 to 5 times )
  • your home made mayonnaise is ready to use . 




if you want to flavor you like like garlic flavor , and crushed chilly flavor . then before start adding oil add 4 to 5 cloves of boiled garlic ( for garlic flavor )and for crushed chilly flavor add crushed chillies , and for parsley flavor add parsley .

how to make pakode /bhajiya

cooking time : 10 minutes  
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve: 5-8


ingredients :


roughly grated potato    1 cup
chopped onion             1 cup
gram flour                    3 tbsp
chopped green chilly        5
white cumin                  1/2 tsp
crushed red chilly          1/2 tsp
turmeric powder           1 tsp
baking soda               1/2 tsp
green coriander leaf          2 tbsp
oil to fry 
salt to taste 


method :  

  • in a large mixing bowl take roughly grated potato , chopped onion , gram flour , crushed white cumin , crushed chilly flakes , turmeric powder , baking powder , green coriander leaf , and season it with salt . mix well for at-least 5 to 8 minutes . or until all vegetables get soggy . 
  • heat oil in pan .
  • and put 1 tbsp batter in oil . like pan cake . deep fry it until golden crisp. 
  • remove in a platter and serve . with ketchup .

dahi raita / curd salad /special salad for biryani

tomato                 1 finely chopped in small pieces 
yogurt               1 cup 
cucumber                   1 finely chopped

method :  

  • take all the ingredients (written above)in mixing bowl . and mix well . 
  • remove in a serving bowl and use it with chicken mutton or any biryani  .
  • any how some people prefer to use red chilly powder instant of using green chilly. you can use it too . but i prefer green chillies . 

anjeer gosht ( spicy mutton with fig )




cooking time : 20 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes

ingredients :



mutton with bone              1 kg 

fig                     250 grams
ginger garlic paste             2 tbsp
salt to taste 
chopped tomato              4 
onion                            2 chopped 
red chilly powder         2 tbsp
coriander powder     1 tsp
turmeric powder           1 tsp
crushed black pepper               1 tsp
oil                             1 cup
garam masala              1 tsp
green fresh coriander             2 tbsp chopped 



method :  

  • heat 1 cup oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste and stir for a minute. then add chopped onion sauté till it get nice golden color . 
  • now add mutton and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes on high flame . 
  • add tomatoes , crushed black pepper , turmeric powder , red chilly powder , coriander powder , garam masala  and fig and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes . 
  • add 1 cup of water and cover and cook till mutton get fully cooked . 
  • after that sauté for 5 to 8 minutes . till oil comes out . remove in a serving platter and garnish it with fresh chopped coriander . 
  • serve with roti  , naan

how to make imli fries at home

cooking time : 20 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve: 5  













ingredients :


potato                      2
tamarind pulp           1/2 cup
salt                     1/2 tsp
pepper powder         1 tsp
red chilly flakes           1 tsp
onion                           1 chopped ( optional)

capsicum                      1 chopped seed removed  ( optional)
tomato                             1 chopped ( optional)
cucumber                          1 chopped ( optional)
roasted crushed cumin           1 tsp
corn flour                             1/2 cup
sugar                             1 tsp
green chopped chillies          4
green fresh coriander           1 tbsp
lemon juice                        2 tbsp if you like .
oil to deep fry



method :

  • cut the potato Julian like fries shape . now sprinkle corn flour , pinch of salt , crushed black pepper . mix well . and deep fry in oil over medium slow heat .

  • in another sauce pan take tamarind pulp add crushed roasted cumin , chilly flakes , and salt . allow it to get a boil . set aside . 


assembling :

  • put fries in a serving bowl glass or platter then put tomato , onion , cucumber and capsicum finely chopped over it . 
  • now pour 1 tsp prepared tamarind pulp followed by chopped fresh coriander and green chillies chopped . immediately serve . 


( pour tamarind pulp over sauce only when you want to serve it , other wise fries will get soggy . )

how to make roghni naan /tandoori naan in oven /cheesy garlic naan

cooking time : 10 minutes  
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve: 5  











ingredients :

refined flour/ all purpose flour              2 cups 
instant yeast                      2 tbsp
sugar                             1 tsp
egg                               1
oil                            1/2 cup
baking powder             1 tsp
salt                            1/2 tsp
garlic chopped          4 to  5 cloves 
cheese grated                  1 cup
butter                            1 tbsp



method :  

  • in a  small ball take 1/2 cup of ( warm ) water add instant yeast  and 1 tsp sugar and mix well and set aside for 10 minutes . 

  • in a large mixing bowl  break one egg add baking powder , 1/2 tsp salt , oil 1/2 cup , and whisk . add yeast mixture and again whisk , now add refined flour and knead with palm . make fine dough by adding water . ( like pizza dough ) again set aside for 2 hours . 
  • after two hours again knead well . now make balls out of the dough ,roll it with kitchen roller . ( it must be thick ).

  • now put some cheese , and garlic over it .
  • bake it in pre



    heated oven at 200 degree for 10 minutes . 
  • remove and brush butter over it and again bake it for 2 to 3 minutes . remove in a platter and serve with malai chicken kadai , and any non vegetarian dish or with any chicken or mutton dish .  

some people prefer to have chilly flakes too if you too want little spicy than sprinkle 1/2 tsp chilly flakes at the time of putting garlic .
