method :
- in a grinder jar take beef mince , salt , garlic paste , ginger paste , raw papaya paste , cardamom powder , long pepper ,red chilly powder ,green chilly , white cumin , fresh coriander leaf and run it .
- after that add clarified butter , all spice powder , pepper powder , cinnamon powder , and again run it . remove it in a bowl .
- rub your palm with 1 tsp oil and make fine shapes of kebabs you like .
- heat up oil in a pan and shallow fry kebabs . turn wisely so that beef get cooked from all sides evenly .
- serve with lemon slice and salad leafs.
