healthy greek salad

preparation time : 15 minutes
serve:3

ingredients :

boiled and roughly chopped potato             3 
onion green                                                1 cup chopped 
green olives chopped                            1/2 cup
cabbage                                        1 cup grated 

for dressing :
curd                              1 cup
olive oil                3 tbsp
pepper crushed             1 tsp
salt to taste 
sugar                          1 tsp
lemon juice                    2 tbsp


method :  

  • in a mixing bowl take curd , salt , lemon juice , sugar , olive oil , and crushed pepper now mix all well . dressing is ready . 

  • in a serving platter take cabbage , onion chopped , roughly chopped boiled potato and pour the prepared dressing over it . 

  • in the end add olives . and serve for any meal .or you can use it as diet . peoples who want to loose there  weight salad is good for them .
