Bun kebabs /kabab pav



cooking time : 20 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve: 3  












ingredients :

beef mince/ mutton mince            1/2 kg 
salt to taste 
ginger garlic paste                     1 tbsp
green coriander leaf                       2 cups
roasted gram flour                       1 tbsp
green chilly chopped                     4 finely chopped 
mint leaf                                  1 tbsp
onion                                         3  finely chopped 
roasted crushed cumin seed                 1 tsp
roasted crushed coriander leaf           1 tsp
garam masala powder                        1 tsp
egg                                                        1 

others :

Bun                        3
green chutney             1 cup
ring onion                          1 
oil to fry 


method :  
  • heat up a pan and dry roast gram flour on slow flame till nice aroma comes out from it . 

  • in a large mixing bowl take mutton mince add coriander leaf mint leaf , chopped onion , green chilly , roasted crushed cumin , roasted crushed coriander , garam masala powder , ginger garlic paste , and salt mix well . 

  • break 1 egg and mix well again . 
  • make fine balls out of the mixture and deep fry it in oil until golden brown .


assembling :
  • cut the bun and put some green chutney on it then place a meat ball over it then palace onion ring and put some green chutney again . 
  • serve immediately .have a nice children party .
